I’m so excited to announce that my book 222 Ways to Trick Yourself to Sleep is published in the US today by the wonderful The Experiment publishers. They’ve renamed it as Trick Yourself to Sleep: 222 Ways to Fall and Stay Asleep from the Science of Slumber, have revamped the cover and given the pages and pictures a new look, too.
I think it looks fabulous.
The Experiment are a really interesting publisher, based in New York. They look for books that are useful and/or ‘address an urgent need on the part of readers—with regard to health, well-being, or simple curiosity. And that are immaculately written and distinctively voiced.’
I’m flattered they chose my book – and I hope it reaches tonnes of people out there who need help with getting better sleep.
The book covers not only instant tricks that can help you nod off but also addresses your lifestyle and how you can live your life calmly, healthily and happily, all of which in turn will provide the perfect bedrock for peaceful slumber.
