As a ‘sleep expert’ (in that I’ve done tonnes of research in sleep for health features and my book on the subject), I’m often asked to recommend bedlinen that might help ease you to sleep. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Buying from companies that invest in the Better Cotton Initiative means you’re helping support more sustainable cotton farming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Jade Snart, Senior Sustainability Manager at George at Asda, over 80% of Asda’s shop floor now uses responsibly-sourced fibres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
